Cuz I wanna get bigger but this shiit is fukkin up my jumper somethin serious.

Practice shooting more and it will feel natural again

nah, just try to lift like basketball players do. over here they told me they really dont work chest, they do explosive shyt, shoulders and arms.
if you wanna follow that bodybuilding type of workout i dunno, maybe stretch more and shoot right after you workout.

are you a serious ballplayer? if so, you should already be shooting 200-500 shots a day. if you shoot that many after lifting, your shot'll feel natural after the first 75, and your range will get deeper and deeper.

I used to be serious... but that all stopped when I came to an ACC school.
But yeah I figured I was just gonna have to keep shooting. I'mma have to make time for it tho.. damn. 'preciate the help.

Honestly this is what I do every day
I hit up the gym, practice for 3 hours.....go workout(upper body and lower body) and then shoot 300 hundred J's so that I dont loose the form.
After lifting if you want your shot to be intact shoot, shoot, and keep shooting

Yup, like stated, take 200 shots after the workout. Tha's what the highschool players did, and the squad at my college are ****in' gym rats...workout...play ball...party..that's it.
