I haven't done Arm days in a while but I used to start off with barbell curls for Biceps. I never worked a muscle group in succession though; I would mix it up. For example I would do Bicep curls and then jump right into Tricep extensions with little rest time in between. Essentially supersetting two different muscle groups.

I achieved better pumps using this method compared to just going through the regular motions of doing straight Bicep work, then doing just Tricep work. Plus this cut down on actual gym time which I helped me tremendously at the time.

cables are the best for this
start out with a bicep then raise it to do tricep push down

DO NOT REST

do this until you can't do it no more then take 3 minute break then do it again

Well the beauty of Arms is you can superset almost any of the exercises. For example, if you plan on sticking to the traditional method then you could superset Barbell Curls with dumbbell Hammer Curls, Close-Grip curls with Preacher Curls, etc. Thats four Bicep exercises in half the time.

For Triceps the possibilities are endless. Extensions with Dips, Skull Crushers with overhead presses, Close-Grip bench press with diamond pushups, you can superset anything.
