Highway 61 Revisited and Blonde On Blonde in my opinion are his best and his most accessible, with Blood On The Tracks right behind them. He has 10+ albums that are 4/5 or better, though.

just go get his Desire album then...Hurricane is on there along with alot of other songs you should enjoy if you liked Hurricane

not his best album, but an easy fan favorite album
besides Isis is somethin you just have to hear.

i love 'hurricane', and what's a trip is...it's not the best 'biography' song on THAT album. to me, "Joey" is the best - brilliant lyrics, arrangement, Emmylou Harris fills in the chorus and makes the whole song hit the listener on such a gut-level.

"Isis" is a great record. "One More Cup of Coffee" is a great record too. DESIRE is definitely underrated. It was the last great Dylan recod until his comeback in the late 90s.
