I dont think thats a healthy way of losing weight. Using a product that takes away your hunger. You want to be able to eat ,just eat less per serving ,and eat more meals per day. Instead of 3 BIG MEALS per day.

The one in my signature is a much more natural way of losing weight.

its not unhealthy if taken correctly.

its just an appetite suppressant. if people starve themselves while on it, then yeah thats dumb. if they can still eat reasonably sized meals, then its just fine.

to be honest, its not even that good of an appetite suppressant. its pretty ineffective.
