what is the best way to lose my stomach. im not chubby. just got a stomach. my chest is pretty good as well as my arms. and i can see my abs when i flex but when im just lookin i only see gut. any advice is good advice

its pretty simple. you have a layer of fat over your stomach. either change your diet, or increase your cardio.

sit ups. You obviously don't seem to be disciplined (for multiple reasons), so don't even bother.

do stomach exersises for 3 minutes straight without resting three times, for a total of 9 minutes.
don't worry about rep numbers just keep it teady and no mater what don't stop until the three minutes is up.

So crunches have no real effect right? I mean, if you want a six pack then they are good...but as far as getting a flat stomach they dont do much...am I right?
