Planet Fitness.Best membership deal around but tha workout rules...EXTRA GAY

So I've been searching high and low for a gym thats not to costly and I seemed to have found tha right one with Planet Fitness.From now till tha end of August you can join for $19.00 a month with no money down plus you can use tha other planet fitness gyms for free but its a 12 month contract.Then they have another membership of 56 dollars down and $10.00 a month with no contract.Man this sh1t seems to good to be true.I was right.WTF type of gym does not allow you to grunt while working out???You can't slam tha weights down you gotta gently put them back.Thats some gay ass sh1t for yah.Now I have to make a decision.Either pay more money at a different gym or try my hardest and abide by these gay ass fukking rules.Anyone go to this gym or been there before???

Oh yeah Planet Fitness bought out World Gym not to long ago for like 10 mill and there gonna buy 2 other gym franchises very soon.Tha future rules of all gyms worldwide.
1.No grunting
2.No starring in tha mirror flexing your muscles.
3.No lifting weights at least 10 other people in tha gym can lift.
4.No supplement usage at all.
5.No line back typers allowed in tha gym.
6.N'sync,Spice girls only acceptable music on ipods.(all ipods will be checked by staff at tha front desk)

Their dumbells stop at like 75 or something so if you progress farther you are limited. The price is cheap 10-20 a month..good starter gym or great for casual gym person

those rules are just a joke. I've had a planet fitness membership for two years now. The only thing that happens if someone grunts is that they sound this alarm that says "grunt alert"

I dunno how they make money for it being dirt cheap but I love my membership. The gyms are just as big as a Gold's Gym and 1/25 of the price, there's tvs on every bike and treadmill and they have a protein shake bar where they could make you drinks and add peanut butter/whey/banana's whatever you want bascially

the free weights are made of rubber though so if they do fall they just bounce. Only thing I have a problem with is that they don't let you wear doo-rags or bandana's. Hats are straight though..I dunno why they don't allow it

Worst gym I ever visited. I went with this dude I know because he had got a membership and asked me to show him a few things and how to lift basically. First off, this was the first gym I ever went to where guests had to literally sign in. Next, the weight variety was sad. Dumbbells went up to 80 lbs. only and were sh*tty quality. Benches were too small and low in quantity. They only had two bench presses and one incline which was shocking to me. ONLY ONE RACK OF PLATES!!!

Next are the stupid f*ckin rules... which this place actually enforced. I witnessed the alert light or siren sh*t go off whenever someone broke a rule three times in just 1 hour. Trainers are a joke too, skinny and out of shape dudes trying to help folks out.

In my opinion it is NOT a gym; its a day spa for rich folk and casual lifters "attempting" to get in shape.

I'll stick to my Gold's Gym, thank you very much.

75 lb dumbbells? What's the point?

I went to this spot that stopped at 100 lbs which ain't too heavy...but it's a boxing gym so I wasn't too mad...since they had over 50 heavy bags and 2 boxing rooms and mad mat space.
