i know somebody that just came home not too long ago and got swole in the joint.

i know they're not getting a gram of protein per pound of body weight and getting all those excess calories for cutting off standard issue meals. no whey or none of that.

my guess is by just lifting weights and eating normally you can build muscle. is that right or wrong? do you really need excess calories with bulking then cutting and all that?

of course. look at how much muscle you put on between the ages of 0-16 w/out whey and by just eating standard meals.

even in prison, they still get balanced diets. probably still getting 80-100 grams of protein a day. instead, you should imagine how much better he would look with a perfect diet outside the joint.

that's why celebrities usually look good. they don't have real jobs and can focus 100% of their time to getting and staying in good shape.
