that happens to me a lot.
its normal for it to happen sometimes...
BUT sometimes its the first sign of muscular dystrophy (when your muscles start deteriorating because u do not use them)

yeah i got crazy muscle spasms in my legs once. but i was bed ridden so it was due to dystrophy.
sometimes the shiit is just random. if you're a normal human, living on planet earth...then theres no way dystrophy would happen to you unless you had some disease like ms.

it's common for it to occur due/after injury. but it is often because da injury hasn't healed completely.

I actually get them quite often. Usually the day following my chest workout, my chest muscle will jump up and down like crazy...mainly on the left side....my wife thinks im trying to show off but its involuntary

I agree..it's probably a muscle people get them every now and then, as a matter of fact I had the same thing happen in my arm the other day....

A lot of lifters report muscle twitching in association with muscle growth. I used to experience that when I was younger and was told by my doctor it was normal. Some times it leads to craps due to dehydration if your not getting enough water but you can tell the difference because these spasms are painful.
