Does MARIJUANA smoke affect muscle tear/repair?

Not to sure about it... but I do know for a fact Alcohol hinders recovery substantially. I can't imagine it works to your benefit though.

well for some reason when i was smoking weed everyday after working out. i seem to lose more fat per work out.

i cant imagine why that would be true.

i also doubt there are any conclusive studies done on the topic
