right now Im on a tofu/rice/veggies and peanut butter/banana shake diet and I feel like its progressing.

any thoughts? suggestions? stories?

^^^^ You also said it was a diet............You do know being a vegetarian is a lifestyle and not just something to put off weight. If you are using this for such a thing as soon as you start eating meat your gonna blow up and weigh more than you weighed prior to this.

How often do you eat tofu? I'd incorporate legumes, too. Also: tempeh, seitan, tvp.
I eat a brown rice, veggies, and legume dish everyday. I'll eat tofu once a week. Oatmeal is essential, too. I buy some organic scottish porridge jount and boil it in a little bit of water, then I pour in some vanilla rice milk and dash of cinnamon to finish it off. Delicious.
