he says u actually gain weight cuz u eat more...thats stupid...and he says since america has gotten fatter running doesnt work [what an idiot all those fat ppl dont run!]
i know plently of ppl that lost weight by just running.
and of course ur not supposed to eat big meals...supposed to be more meals but smaller throughout the day...who lets ppl write this obviously false books?
