if you get fat and ever think you'll just put off the weight you better think again.
loose skin is a bytch and there are only a few ways to correct it from what i hear. wait and hope, surgery and weightlifting. i'm opting for the last option.

how fat were you before?
for most people...skin will shrink in time. its elastic as fukk. it would help if you drank a lot of of water too. just give it time before you do something like surgery.

i was like 230 at my biggest and i'm 190 now and i got a lil bit.
becuz u didnt lose weight by exercising...if u just stop eating alot...than of course ull be loose...if u would have ran..u would be more tight

the loose skin is MUCH more obvious when you first lose the weight. it takes your skin some time to shrink down and tighten over your body's new muscles, curves, bones, etc.. and if you're still losing, it will just continue to take more time to shrink into it's new shape.
once you hit your goal and begin to maintain that weight, your skin should start to look less loosey goosey and more natural.
it's cause you dropped the weight too fast. you'll always have some loose skin prolly unless you replace it with a lot of muscle
Skin eventually tightens back up after fat loss or even during it. Adding muscle does help tremendously though. If your still relatively young and in good health the skin should tighten back up naturally. If your morbidly obese with massive amount of fat the issue will be bigger. Supplement with Fish Oil, Vitamin E, and for god sake's use some lotion.

Thats why when you lose weight the right way your suppose to do weight training as well as cardio.
