These are a couple artist that i havent heard, but from what i hear this is good hip hop. If they are can someone suggest which albums are theyre best.

the official jeanius cd hasn't came out yet but it has been heavily bootlegged but as for jean grae i would say all of her cd's (This Week, Attack of the Attacking Things, and The Bootleg of The Bootleg ep) are worth buying or at least downloading

The only solo El-p cd i have is fantastic damage and its ok if you like that sort of music but as for his second cd (I'll Sleep when your dead) i've only heard a few songs but from what i've heard they're all better than whats on the first cd i also hear people speak highly of his new cd he was also in a group called Company Flow and you should definately get their cd called Funcrusher Plus

Planet Asia is definately one of my favorite emcee's ever some cd's are better than others but to start off with i would recomend The Grand Opening,The Planet Asia EP,The Medicine he is also in a group called The "Cali Agents" which consists of Planet Asia and Rasco you should also get their cd's if you enjoy planet asia's other music one of the cd's is called "How The West Was One"

Jean Grae is the illest Female MC next to Lauryn. Funny thing I don't like the songs I've heard her do w/ 9th Wonder. Planet Asia is MAD underrated.

Heard some El-P stuff but was not impressed.

Although he's a lil more Mainstream Crooked I is hot as is Kenn Starr.

I'm exactly the reverse, I hate Company flow and El-p usually but Fantastic Damage was brilliant.
