my arms are like this l l but i want them like () how fast can that happen? It makes me sick when I see 14 year olds with bigger muscles than me and shiit.

train your biceps and triceps back to back
ex:do one set of cable curls then immediatley do cable pressdowns

True, once a week of direct Bicep/Tricep training is good enough.
Supersets work wonders for Biceps and Triceps. Kinda like what homie was referring to in the post above. Basically you follow each set with another set of a different exercise. Example: Barbell Bicep Curls superset with Dumbbell Hammer Curls.
Keep the reps moderately high when your first startin out; 12-14 reps per set and around 3-4 sets. Try aiming for 3-4 different exercises per muscle group.
Also look into incorporating some Drag Curls/Reverse Curls. This exercise adds a lot of thickness to your arms and really helps in building Biceps.

you say I should lift heavy once a week , okay can lift light all week ? What about for shoulders back and chest? Can Is till do my cardio?
If you don't mind can u map out a regimine and also how long would it take to see results?
