View Full Version : Forearms and Wrists..
Can yal recommend me some good work outs for those...trying to make mine bigger....
Seated Wrist Curls and Behind the Back Wrist Curls work best for me. Just grab a 45 lb. bar and use that at the edge of a bench. Behind the back curls are great for adding thickness to Forearms. After the 2nd set the burn is so intense you start digging deep for that extra strength to finish. Do betwen 12-15 reps per set... 3-4 sets per workout. I like to save Forearms for last on my Bicep days though, nice way to cap off the workout.

One exercise that people don't notice but which works the forearms extremely well is Deadlifting. My forarms grew with alot of deadlifting. This is just an alternative, in case you have started started deadlifting and your form is good. Deadlift and deadlift sorme more. Also try and buy some high resistance grippers, helps strengten you grip and your forearms as well.
Anyway, but since deadlift is not an easy(the correct form) exercise to get it right as far as technique/form. I would advise you to follow what the other folks have said in this thread. wrist curls, with both dumbbells and barbells and some reverse wrist curls.

yeah deadlifting will get your arms diesel as fukk.
its pretty much as simple as that. just pick up heavy weights and hold them in your arms. you can pick up 2 dumbells...at least 100lbs apiece and just hold them in your hands for a few seconds. watch your form though. this will also improve your grip.

My forearms and wrists look Somalian. I have ZERO meat/muscle in my wrist. Sh1t is embarrassing now that it's coatless weather. I be on the train :sadcam:ing on the way to work.
