iunno if it's only me, but when i do calve raises it triggers my bladder, like when i start my reps it's cool...then as my calves start to burn i start to get a tingle in my bladder like i wanna piss......but once i stop the calve raises, the peeing sensation goes away.....pardon me for soundin stupid, but is the bladder a muscle or sumn?
