This shyt is nasty and methoxy has no benefit unless taken in very high doses. Stick with ON whey it's about the best tasting and it's very easy on the pockets. I wanna try Ergo but I don't like that price at all even though it seems very high quality. I think its 100% isolate instead of concentrate. I'm gonna go steal it from the Vitamin Shoppe tomorrow fukk it.

i will admit that the taste is shyt, but i have already seen results and i have gained weight that is all muscle.

All i care about is results not taste.
