first of all, stop shopping at gnc

secondly, don't buy 100% whey (buy protein blends)

if you eat oatmeal, mix a scoop of that in with your oats (after it's cooled down a bit or else you'll denature the protein and it'll taste worse) and add some cinnamon and pure vanilla extract

dont know if it would work with vanilla but i always get chocolate,whenever i get some nasty **** i throw it in a blender with some ice,milk,a banana, & sometimes a scoop of peanut butter
