View Full Version : so i started back lifting again after a year

this doms is killin me right now. i was just doing the bar with 2 45s on it (squat, dead lift, rows, bench press ya know compound shyt) and i'm sore as hell. when i was lifting it i felt cool but a lil after when i was runnin on the treadmill i just quit after 15 minutes and like 1.25 miles ran.

i sit here and everything hurts. i wanna hit the treadmill tomorrow but i don't know. how can i rid myself of this doms in one day? should i even be getting doms in a single day?

Its normal if you've been away from the weights for a while. Some people report getting Microtears and soreness the night of working out. The only thing you can do is rest and eat right. Plenty of carbs, protein, and sleep is the only REAL way to reduce the pain. Aside from that, pop a few pain killers if its really unbearable.

take it easy if you too sore


never lift if you is still sore
