Props. I been at 315 - 325 since I was like 18. I dont think I'll ever hit 350 tho..

thats whats up. what you weigh? real talk tho, some n*ggas sleep on music in the gym, you gotta have the ipod wit you if you wanna max out on the bench, i can't imagine even gettin up 300 for a 8-10 rep set without some crazy sh*t in my ears. ozzy osbourne's "ironman" does the trick too.

Real talk I maxed out at doing reps at 240-250 like 10 years ago. Anything more than that is not coming up a second time.

I'm 6'2 230 but my main focus has been trying to get cut for the past couple years I gain weight real easy so I know I could get to 350+ if I wanted to but thats just not my goal...

I dont really need music to lift tho. But when I run I gotta have something playing...

if you tryin to get cut, decrease the amount of weight you liftin and increase how many reps you doin. like, if you throwin up 250lbs doin 10 rep sets for example, if you wanna get cut you might wanna switch to throwin up 200lbs about 18-20 times a set. also, do cardio. don't go crazy, just do enough to burn off any excess fat hangin around, fast paced walking.

Yeah I been thru all of that. The only thing I havent done is the diet. I been either on my own at school or living with my folks the past years. When I was on my own I was too lazy and broke to make good food not to mention hanging with these college kids and drikning like 20 beers every weekend. And when I'm at home the food is jsut so available I can eat all day. I still made some progress tho..

how much u weigh? I dont believe you, lol.

Props if you can but i find that very hard to believe.
