i'm focused on weight loss and so far I've only been doing cardio. should i add weight lifting or just focus on cardio till i get to my desired weight?

You should lift lets say twice a week but light weights... dont worry about looking like a ***** in the gym... just cuz you see *****z lifting 250 pounds doesnt mean theyre faster then you doesnt mean they cant whip your ass rememeber that
