Recently purcahsed this, how much should I be taking a day? Best times to take, before or after workout? I've been told I should drink alot of water whilst on Whey, true or false?

You pretty much need a steady supply of protein. The MOST important time is post work out, followed by nighttime, then when you wake up.

You should always drink alot of water. At least a gallon a day.
