Im 6 ft 4 and like 220 pounds. I play ball basically everyday and go gym thursday where i do 20 mins on treadmill and then weights. But im looking to loose like a stone cos lately my knees been killing me and i aint jumpin as high as i used to be. Any tips for loosin weight keepin in mind i eat crap. Im lookin for substitues for bread and wanted to wonder is their a link between diet and fitness
