1. Eat at a caloric deficit (go maybe 500 cal. below what you eat now)
2. CARDIO
That's it, do it for a week or two if you don't see anything on the scale or tape measurer happen drop the cals. 200-300 more. It's very simple and slower is better. 1 or 2 pounds a week is very good any more and you might be burning muscle although initally weight loss will be fast.
On a side note I personally go for a TKD diet and that shyt realllllly works (look it up). Also, go for complete body muscularity not just the arms a bigger chest makes the gut look smaller.

It will a lil but that's what comes with cutting up. Most likely you're gonna lose a lil strength. But on a cut I like doing heavy 5X5's because well it keeps your strength up. As a matter of fact google Starting Strength by Ripptoe to get a little more info on those training parameters also google HIIT style cardio to me it's better than the standard running laps cardio. I usually throw up the first couple of times when I start that shyt until I get used to it again.

don't listen to any of these dumb fuks on the site
they dont know wtf they is talkin about
if you wanna get cut
do this....
1. Eat less fatty foods (don't matter how many calories you take in unless you eat like a 800 lb. mothafukka)
2. Run / Walk for about 15 minutes 3 days a week
3. Do the pyramind sets in the gym.....
1....2....3...4...5....4...3...2...1...
And you good
(don't matter how many calories you take in unless you eat like a 800 lb. mothafukka)
The basic principle of calorie deficits is the driving force behind fat loss, even more so when your already defined to a certain extent and are looking to knock off those last few pounds.
The amount of calories you consume is all it comes down to at the end of the day.
