So, I just got rid of all the fat my fat ass body was storing. (82 pounds loss in 4 months)
I’d now like to get muscle defined.
Any idea if I should f*ck with any supplements? Or should I just keep it natural?

Congrats on the weight loss, and it sounds normal to me. Thats averaging roughly 5 lbs. a week not including the initial drop of water weight so you did good. You don't need supplements initially so I wouldn't worry about it now. The only "supplement" you should get is a solid Protein Shake like ON 100% Whey or CytoSport Muscle Milk

Now comes the task of adding some muscle to your frame. The biggest hurdle your gonna have to overcome is the fact that you need to eat more calories to gain muscle. I know it can seem dumb after losing all that weight, but when combined with proper lifting and some cardio... eating more calories will yield desirable results.

First thing you gotta do is get your diet on point. You should continue avoiding all the bad sh*t you cut out to lose weight, but eat MORE OF THE GOOD FOOD you do eat. This is what we call a CLEAN BULK. Eating healthy foods, but in higher quantities is the way to go if your trying to bulk up in a healthy manner.

Some people like going on straight bulks where they eat anything they want, this may work for some but for others they end up gaining alot of fat with the muscle they add. Plus the possibility of higher blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. is not something we want.

You should try to eat 5-6 times a day spread throughout. It may seem difficult at first but its the only way to fit all those extra calories into your diet without being weighed down. It also helps regulate your metabolism so you keep fat gain to a minimum.

This is just the basics, the next step is macro's. Macro nutrients are your Fats, Carbs, and Proteins. During a bulk, you generally want to keep your Fat low, your Carbs high, and your Proteins even higher. Now by carbs we mean complex carbs and less simple carbs (sugars). The only time you should be consuming simple carbs is following your workout to replenish Glycogen levels in your muscles.

Protein intake typically takes care of itself so I would not worry bout how many grams your eating daily. With protein shakes and the food your gonna be eating you'll be getting sufficient protein. Calories are the important thing here. ALWAYS CONSUME A PROTEIN SHAKE FOLLOWING WORKOUTS; I can't stress this enough.

that muscle building shiit sounds like a load of bullshiit to me. I know cats who are cut up and they damn sure don't eat right and most don't even lift weights.

Eating one meal per day, 2 snacks in between throughout the day.
Spending two to two and half hours at the gym.
Run a 25 minute 3 mile... per day. 5 days a week. And just my basic workout. Swim on the weekends. Twenty six laps on a 30 ft. long pool.
Losing weight wasn't a problem to me, it was all a mindset thing.
I use to be a fat ass dude. I had to cut out all the garbage eating habbits.
Candy, Chips, Candy Bars, Soda, etc... The hardest part was letting go of McDonalds. But I managed to get it done.

Bingo, like all these skinny chicks that don't gain weight, but once their metabolism slows down and aging kicks in, they put on huge amounts of fat due to their poor eating habits.

Of course man, you gotta crawl before you walk.
It was only a matter of time though, 3 weeks I was in shape. But shortly before that, I couldn’t even walk on the treadmill for a half mile distance. I’d act like I had asthma or some ****. I was too embarrassed to set foot into the gym.

Mad a little there aren't ya, Jose' ? Guy said 'fvck' like 12 times in a short text of wording.
If you thought that was retarded, then you're a daft swine. Simple as that.
Why should you care whether I was a retard or not? for the simple fact that you are skinny yet you are way bent out of shape?

Dude, coming from my end, I didn't believe in eating 15 meals a day would get me fit.
That's what got me to be in the way I was, a fat dude.
I figured if I limited myself to eating ONE full meal per day, I could maybe accomplish something, rather than doing it your way; what you pretty much see on TV and sadly, believe. Unless you're willing to take a jog after each meal.
I HIGHLY doubt there are actual results of people who dieted in such a way and actually reached their goal.

And what's it do you see wrong with running 3 miles at 25 minutes? That's approximately 8 minutes and 20 seconds to a mile... Which in the army, you have to run a 7 minute 30 second mile, wearing army boots.

Stop your reaching home boy, it's nothing new to me.
My actions towards my own body weight were advanced compared to the general crowd, which is an understandable statement. My case is justified. You? A skinny dude that I'm pretty sure could be outran by a 12 yr. old kid.
And there is no way to turn this thread to a big brawl. I have nothing to prove to you kid.

that's kinda hard to do, even now i run like a 10 minute mile. i'd be hard pressed to cut it to 8 inside a month. before i started working out it took like 15-16 minutes to do a mile for me. i was like 220 back then.

I ran a full mile at 220 pounds, took me 12 minutes.
I now, weigh 180, and stand at 5'10" - 18 years old.
All you have to do, is go to a football field, a running track, or a bike rail... Anywhere low on traffic basically.
Just sprint, do a 30 second sprint, run as fast as your feet can let you. Time it, rest 75 seconds, do it about three more times. When you do run, do it in the outdoors, not a treadmill (unless you set it at least on a 2.5 % incline).
You will seem to get into it a bit, then feel unfit when running outside, also physically, it’s MUCH more demanding. The treadmill's moving belt helps propel your legs forward. You don't have that same benefit when you run outside - and I find that my legs feel like lead! The hills are killer, but then again, you have stretches where you are running downhill and feel like a rock star because your pace totally picks up!
Run outside every other day for 10 days at least. When you do get back on the treadmill, you will have a new record for a mile run.
