View Full Version : So I started keeping a food journal...

someone told me this works. i'm only 3 days into it but i can already see where my habits are f#cked up to some extent. and it's made me want to eat better meals so that I can have a positive feeling when logging them into my journal. Anyone else ever tried this?

yea i tried to..
then i found myself lying to myself in my food journal

like if i only ate half a bag of m&ms i wouldn't record it..

or sometimes i was just too lazy to fill the damn thing out..
so i stopped

LOL! That is so crazy... if i start doing that i might have to go to some kind of councelling.

Keeping a log or journal is great for starters who need some direction with their diet. Keep using it until you reach your goal or until you feel confident in your food choices. There was a time when I was so strict on my calories and would log every f*ckin thing I ate down to chewing gum; just don't let it go that far haha.
