View Full Version : Drop 20 pounds in 2.5 months
So i need to drop 20lbs in about 2.5 months. I got the workout part down. Just wondering what i need to do on the eating side. What foods can one eat in small quantities that make you feel full? I am doing this all natural too. No diet pills or nothing like that. Also, i aint fat or obese. I am built nicely but 20lbs lighter and i could be nicer!
u wanna drop 12 pounds quick ? do a detox program for 2 weeks and you'll lose 10-12 pounds of remains that are in your small intestine, then eat healthy and excercise.
i've lost that since the begining of may to now

Atkins diet but you will feel weak as fukk. You could probally lose 8 pounds of water the first week then fat will start coming off. If you stick to it you should lose 20 easily.

I did the Master Cleanse about 2 weeks ago. It's also call the Lemonade Diet. You only drink this lemonade mixture for 10 days. You take a laxative tea in the evening. It's the same diet Beyounce did to lose that weight for Dream Girls.

I suggest a low sugar/carb with protein diet. Lots of chicken, non fried, preferably baked and fish, salmon and/or tuna. Lots of water. No soda and a lil of juice. Also a protein shake for a meal substitute. Vegetables and salad with low fat dressing. Its also good to have a cheat meal or day ....or weekend every week. Cheat within reason ( no pigging out).
I've done it for a month and lost 20 pounds. Exercising in the morning and jogging in the evening helped greatly.

If it sounds unhealthy, that is because it is! Anyone even halfway conscious of body composition would never do one of these detox "diets". Oh you'll lose weight, it's a question of what kind of weight you wanna lose. There is so much that this lacks and if you actually live a healthy lifestyle, there is no need to detox.

I can lose 20lbs in 1 month. 20lbs in 10 weeks is only 2lbs a week thats nothing
Damn! I am cardioing like a mofo and eating right but i am only dropping 1 pound a week! Time to step it up more!
