Alright. . . . for the last 3 Years i stayed fit by basically runnin 7-10 miles 4 times a week(rain,sleet, snow) and this been keepin me in good shape . . . . .but i want to "naturally" get a little more cut (abs, chest) while addin a little muscle mass usin free weights. . . . . . . does anyone have any tips on sets and reps surroundin crunches, pushup, curls, free weigts, inclines, etc. . . . . . . .and is their any suggestion on food and fruits that will assist in these steps
