For the Ballers looking to improve your game. Nothing special ,just a couple of simple workouts.

1. 30 minutes of Ball handling with your left hand for the full length of the court. Full Court. Start off at a medium speed, then go full speed the last 10 minutes.

2. 30 minutes of Ball Handling with your right hand for the full lenght of the court. Full Court. Star of at a medium speed ,then go full speed the last 10 minutes.

3. 30 minutes of change of direction ball handling ,full length of the court. Start off left ,then cross over to your right. Keep switching hands from left to right ,and right to left. Start off at a medium speed ,then go Full speed the last 10 minutes of this workout. This will build up the stength in your hands and it will become a habit ,where you dont have to even look at the ball while dribbling. You will be able to handle the rock with both hands without any problem ,and be able to look up court for a open teammate.

4. 300 Jump Shots

Start off with about 30 straight 8 to 10 footers from the baseline and in the middle of the lane. Sometimes these are the most difficult shots to make in a game. Next ,take the next 170 jumpers from all over the court. 15 footers ,18 footers ,20 footers. Make sure not to stand in one place . The remaining 100 shots. Catch from the right side coming off a curl for a immediete jumper 15 to 18 feet out. Shoot 50 of those. End it with the left side ,coming off the left curl and immedietely pulling up for that 15 to 18 footer.

This workout takes about 2 1/2 hours. Do it like 3 to 4 times a week. During the Summer if you got a lot of time and your serious about really improving your game ,id suggest doing it everyday.

Yea this is definetely something for the summer. During the season you won't have the time to do all of this. You dont have to do just this though.

After your done maybe play some streetball and practice what you have worked on in 5 on 5 full court games.
