i cant remember a time she looked like that. That photo has been photoshopped. Ashanti has always been bottom heavy ...a little like alicia keys.

in shape old folks are a total inspiration to me! this one late-50-something guy was tearing up the treadmill today... really got me thinking about how if you take care of your body, it will take care of you

At first is was my ex telling me I was getting fat - and then it was a picture of me years ago nice and toned, then I had my physical and my doc. said I was overweight...

But truth be told it was just my time to get myself together - no longer wanted to be uncomfortable in my own skin...
