Had a one time run in with the po' po'/
blamed for being somewhere i didnt go/
blamed for knocking someone to the floor/
when in fact i was asleep till fo' when i heard the phone/
guess they didnt like the way i looked at them/
so they decided in they heads that it must be him/
oh im sorry inspector and detective dim/
if itd been me youd have found the body in the bin/
walked out with a big grin, STOP your comin down the station/
stress levels start to get high/
i cant prove i didnt do it so im gonna have to do time/
pay fines and i didnt commit the crimes/
till one day i realise, its this one girl got me wrapped up in her lies/
got me sympathising when she cries/
now i know i gotta hold down mine/
