View Full Version : Started a new workout yesterday...

where i am only working out 2 or 3 body parts a week.


this week is chest and biceps and legs.
next week is shoulders, back, and triceps.


i will start working my abs everyday. doing 100 situps a day and some type of cardio every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

i was told that you dont have to do 100 situps in one sitting. i heard that you can spread 'em out through the day.

just finished week one which was chest, biceps, and legs. by Wednesday i was damn near too tired to go to work ( i'm in the navy :dry: ). but i still found myself in the gym after work even when i thought i couldnt do the shyt no more.


started Shoulders, back, and triceps today. didnt feel it until i started running. so i know i will be sore as shyt tomorrow.



anybody else gym got satellite radio??
