Ive been taking this steriod inhaler for my Asthma and these shiits are startin to develop on a niigga. I cant be havin that. Anybody have any tips on slimmin these shiitz down. I be in the gym, a niigga is coo, i be on that cardio. Somebody let me know what exercises I could do? Its greatly appreciated.
surgery is the only option if you developed them from roids. Gynecomastia is like real breast due to an imbalance of hormones. they aren't fat that you can lose with a diet.

Do a lot of inclines and declines. Make sure you concentrate your chest. I had the same problem.

are you trying to tell me you can walk off large mammary glands and burn them up like they're fat?
its obvious your friend didn't have Gynecomastia, he was just fat. notice the first post in this thread says steroid inhaler. that means this ain't fat its Gyno.
Gynecomastia is a tough one to tackle. Its not just as easy as losing weight because it can actually worsen. I've known people who got it from using medicine and when they stopped taking whatever they were on it went away eventually. It happens to users of Steroids and pro-hormones lot and it usually subsides when its discontinued. They offer therapy for Gynecomastia if its not too far along or too serious, other than surgery is the only option. The only way to know for sure is to order a Mammogram and find out.

wow...you're obviously not a doctor. you're also obviously not intelligent.
so a girl with double d titties could "walk it off in a few months"? no. she can never walk it all off because its BREAST TISSUE which has to be removed surgically.
