No offense but it's kind of bad. You really need to work on staying with the beat, you're really off. Also, your rhyming is incredibly simplistic nothing special at all. The best is eh, you don't really have any sort of delivery, that is a huge flaw. Finally, you really don't have a rappers voice at all...all apply to your friend as well.

Way to monotone, can barely hear over the beat either. Put a lil excitement in your voice man. Flow needs work, and lyrics are not great.
