Is it just me or do albums like The Chronic and Doggystyle just sound dated?

i mean them sh!ts sound dated and borderline wack nowadays... and it's mostly west coast albums that are like that.. you can add NWA albums and Ice Cubes earlier work to that list.. i dunno them sh!ts just sound stupid and corny...

on the other hand i can throw on some Illmatic or Ready To Die or even Enter and that sht sound like it could have been dropped YESTERDAY.. east coast sh!t just sound so much fresher and crisp...

all that g-funk from 10-15 years should sound dated by now. everytime you listen to it, it should sound like a walk back in time. illmatic, rtd, & 36 all sound dated as well, cant drop protect ya neck or halftime in today's game. even on juicy, big talkin bout sega genises:laugh: if those dont sound dated to you, then you either an old head or just hatin.
