Fukk it i'm going extreme with my bulk because i'm trying to get up to 230 and I don't really care too much about abs for the summer. I will wait it out a year to show my shyt off. Niccas can go on a diet and lose that precious muscle that they worked hard for to impress broads. But here goes my diet:
- At least 1 liter of skim milk a day and 1 liter of goat milk a day. I'm just getting used to the taste of that shyt because I grew up on whole milk. I'm going to drink this in conjunction with my protein shakes also.
- Then for the rest of the day i'm gonna mainly eat oats, chicken breast, and steaks.
I'm shooting for over 300 probally 400 grams of protein a day even if it's going to waste in my body. For supplements i'm gonna go with my usual ON whey and Muscles Milk before bed. Then i'm gonna try this new supplement called 11-oxo. I thought about going for a cycle of Jungle Warfare but they weren't being honest about what was in that shyt.

For the workout I will be using the German Volume Training Method until school starts back if I don't overtrain before then. If so, I will back off with a regular 5X5 and then reset with Max-OT. That's why i'm eating so much and aiming for 10 hours of sleep as well as a 45 minute nap during the day.
