My physique fluctuates a lot, but I've weighed from 165-175 for the past 2-3 years. Right now I'm focusing on cardio and looking to get down to 160.

Me I think the opposite. I feel the same but lots of people say I've lost weight. I notice I am able to wear size 34 jeans after wearing 38-40.
I always used the mirror and how my clothes felt to gauge fat loss. Scales can lie and discourage people. Your weight fluctuates on a daily basis and scales simply don't tell the whole story. Monitor body fat percentage and just how you look as a true measure of how much your losing.
i've lost like 10 pounds but i feel much lighter than just that small number.its been like a month and i'm stuck now.

If u feel like you are not losing weight is probably due to muscle gain. Who knows....try making it a lifestyle not just a diet.
