Only on this particular stretch of lenox ave do you see MEN over 50 years old wearing clothes (minus the ice) like this R Kelly clown. And worse, its usually dingy beat up and dirty like they robbed some 11 year old to get the clothes. Harlemites, please explain, it's like somebody found a hidden sub-level to the Carter and let all these dudes out last year, then someone left the back door of Jimmy Jazz unlocked and these guys randomly picked the worst shyt they could find and threw it on.
