if i aim to do it 2times a day, and only do it once, its ok.
if i aim for 1 and do 0, thats wack

keeping to a plan is good, but from what ive read the best way to loose weight is to loose alittle at a time, and keep it steadily dropping. i think the best rate was 2lbs a week. sure itll take a good amount of time if your thinking of loosing alot, but this in turn will also help you keep it off...

just stay motivated...

Eating healthy is the hardest part. I almost think that would have a bigger impact than the cardio. Good luck...

Also, 22.5# in a month is a bit much... I'd go for 10#, more realistic

for each person its gonna be different. for me, it wasnt that hard to switch my eating habits. i didnt eat poorly before really, but needed to cut down portions and cut out certain things (mainly booze). you dont want to starve yourself by any means, but you also have to try and eat less. if your legitally hungry, grab something healthy (something like carrots, and you can eat as many as you like). when i started off and was in a similar spot (eating healthy, and getting hungry), if i got hungry id only allow myself something like celery. i fukkin hate celery, so after forcing a stalk down my throat (no homo) i wasnt hungry anymore... you can also try and keep your mind occupied to forget about eating. personally i notice the more active i am, the less hungry i get.

your diet looks fine. some times may wanna switch it up alittle bit, and remember, you can eat some things that may not be completely healthy. but do that sparingly. hell, i miss drinking my face off alot, but i allow myself to drink half my face off once a week. and after cutting back, i dont even do it that often...

i kinda went into my thing cut-throat, and basically did it cold turkey. but i have pretty good self-control, so it works for me. the few times i had a doubt in it, id run into someone and theyd notice the difference. now i feed off not only my own drive, but the positive reinforcement. kinda nice to have the girls looking twice also...

just keep at it... and if you dont drop that much, dont let it stop you. i personally think that much in that short of a time isnt the best goal...

Dog that diet sucks, you're gonna kill your self and put the weight back on quick as hell when u start eating normal, you dont need two 45 minute cardios a day, best way to burn fat is interval training (sprint/jog/sprint/jog) you need more protein through out the day, i suggest some tuna/chicken and forget the banana have some oatmeal for breakfast, bananas are only good for postworkout imo, the soups ok but not everyday, add some weightlifting because more muscle you have= more fat u burn, more cardio you do= less muscle because u burn it off and especially with that wack ass diet, get some protein powder and use that instead of eating a handful of nuts, the nuts are good to eat when ur hungry before bed or before a meal

yeah i think my first drapht diet was wack. I'm gonna stick to eating healthy and breaking my meals into smaller portions, and try stick to set times and eat 5 veggies a day and 2 fruits and all that. I've been eatin only subway till i get a fridge in the apartmetn i just copped, but i have not $$$ for food to put in the fridge.
