diets are great for short-term...never long term
I think the biggest challenge is making/having a healthy lifestyle period.
I think that is were the biggest success would be.
Because truth be told: burgers, chocolate, pasta, (i.e. carbs, etc) are all great to eat...and even if you stop for a while you eventually go back because they are so damn tasty...
all those i know who did Atkins are all fatter then ever now...so much for them eating lettuce wraps all day
I think that should be our focus...healthy lifestyle...going to the gym/working out...being able to eat foods and be healthy...hell i know tons of africans and they eat tons of starchy/carb foods and they skinny.
I even think whoever can make a realistic but tasty meal and with less calories wins...like a "deep dish pizza"...but you eat it and is only like 10 calories...but it taste just like the real things...hell it might be tofu but it takes just like the real things...no on that "empty" fat free/diet taste...for real if someone can research that and create a product they will be multi billionaires...
anyways thoughts?
