help...
mostly it will be a light jog...maybe half to a full mile...then some pushups, situps, n pullups pretty intense...
i'm tryin to cut up...lol
maybe i'll take a pic of my body for a before and after...
mainly i need to know what to eat so i dont drop dead outside at 6am.

I usually just have a protein shake and then eat breakfast after. It puts something in your stomach but it's not too heavy (though I put fiber in mine and sometimes its a race with the devil to get home, if you know what I mean)

cardio is best in the morning because you burn more fat. protein shake is perfect because you don't want to be on a completely empty stomach. maybe drink a cup of coffee because thats the main component in most fat burning supplements. then have your breakfast right after the workout

maybe eggs or egg whites some oatmeal, bananas. whatever you want just make sure its some kind or protein and carbs. that protein shake gets your body and metabolism nice and right so thats the most important. jsut make an omlette or something

yup... that's what i eat after a workout..
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs
granola bar or rice cakes (plain w/ peanut butter or white cheddar flavored)
and a peice of fruit (usually a banana or an apple)

good pre workout meal.....
2 eggs...
wheat bread...
oatmeal....
bacon or sasuage
maybe grits....
banana or whole grain muffin
protein shake after....

dum fukks eh....wheat bread and oatmeal gives you tons of energy dikkhead...thats why any personal trainer or doctor wuld tell you to consume that in the morning if your working out.....along with eggs...and/or meat....for protein

you are so fukin stupid, oatmeal servings usually only have around 30 grams of carbs in 'em, that ain't ****, and that's all they have carbs, no protein or fat

Hi,
I use to drink more and more amount of water before doing work in the morning.And I won't do exercises in the evening.
In my opinion eating before work is not more convenient and useful for doing exercises.I think you can take healthy drink before work and heavy food after the work....
