Are you saying the original poster is Nujabes? I don't think so if that is the case. Nujabes is a really dope Japanese producer. He is so dope that I can't recommend anything similar, his sound is incomparable!

I have two of his albums... excellent work...

Modal Soul is one of my favorite albums of all time... such a great piece of work. He should stay away from those rappers he puts on though (except for Shing02)

His beats are seriously like nothing else I've heard. They sound more like soundscapes.

I'm hopping in on this late, but Nujabes is definitely a dope producer... Fat Jon too; I have pretty much every record he has put out.

If you haven't heard this yet, be sure to check out "Bullsh!t as Usual" by Pase Rock from the Five Deez, produced by Nujabes. One of the best singles I've heard in a long time.
