I haven't messed with anything in over 2 months, just water... And man I need something on the side when I eat dinner, water gets blah. I don't know all that juicy juice shyt, companies always sneak in sugar and other stuff to mess with your body. BTW my mom just bought some sprite zero,is that cool to mess with?
or should I just stay away... I havent had reg or diet soda in awhile mind you.
You can throw in a diet soda here and there but don't make it a habit. Theres nothing wrong with having one or two a day with meals but just don't overdo it. I know its enticing because there are no calories or sugar, but the chemical makeup of soda itself is not too healthy for you.
Keep Water as your main source of fluid but add some flavor to it. By this I mean using some Crystal Light or something like that. I use those Green Tea packets they make and throw them in a bottle of water when I'm fiending something with flavor.

yea those green tea packets are dope. ive also gotten into seltzer...
in the morning ill brew green tea, and sweeten it with alittle honey. (1 tbsp is 60 cals, i usually use about a tsp... and if its local honey, it may help with alleriges if you have them)

I agree with DJBri, check out your local tea house. It's like a whole world of flavors and some are even beneficial for your health. If you're losing weight, try some Chinese Puerh (or however its spelled). It's a slimming tea they've been using for thousands of years.

Tazo teas
Cranberry Light
