The first Arctic Monkeys disc is better then the new one, not to take anything away from the new one. But Old Yellow Bricks is crazy!!!! I never heard a sound like that. Intense record. You dont need it to grow on you. As soon as you hear it, your like,"thats that s...!!!!"

Hey Zayus,

My friend did a compilation of Blur CDs and my favorite Songs are "For Tomorrow", "Blue Jeans", "Popscene", "Boys and Girls", "Parklife", "To the End", "London Loves", "Magic America", "Clover Over Dover", "Trimm Trabb". I also have "The Great Escape" CD, and my favorites are "Stereotypes", "Country House", "The Best Days", "Charmless Man", "Fade Away", and "He Thought of Cars". What are your favorites?

The new one is better than the first, and 505 is the best song on the album.

You lost...

A lot of those. My favourites would probably be...

Advert, Miss America, Villa Rosie, Coping (!!!), Tracy Jacks, Badhead, Trouble In The Message Center, To The End, Country House, He Thought Of Cars, It Could Be You, Yuko & Hiro, Beetlebum, Strange News From Another Star, Chinese Bombs, Tender, Coffee & TV, Me White Noise, Ambulance, Out Of Time, Caravan (goat Blur stoner song) & Battery In Your Leg. That's just from the albums so discounting their first album (which sucked) and all the B-sides, which I've heard maybe 8/10ths of.

Also, fukk yes 505 is the best song on the new album. But all the songs are pretty fukkin' good.

If you only have The Great Escape, get all their albums starting with Parklife or Modern Life Is Rubbish. They're all well worth a listen at the very least. Think Tank is the weirdest but also the most interesting.

I like "Morroccan People's Revolutionary Parade", I think that's the name. I also have Graham Coxon's CD, "Happiness In Magazines". Yeah, I like "Miss America" too. I like at the beginning of the song where he says "Michael", and then starts laughing. I like "Bank Holiday", and "Trouble In The Message Center". They're supposed to be getting together this summer to do another album with Graham Coxon.
