Anyone have a regime they do that pretty much uses their own body weight? i ride my bike about 15miles a day (probably more) and do push ups in the morning. Im not trying to get on swole, just be healthy. What else could I add to this?
Go into a hanstand position and do press ups, works the shoulders nice

Get two chairs, and do some triceps.

I'm a complete newb at working out...what's the difference between a situp and a cruch? I thought they worked the same area.

pilates with a pilates ring.. you use your own resistance. getting stronger=more resistance. you can't really get too strong for it (unless you break it). plus there are are some with higher resistances (harder to bend)

burpees are the best full body workout, dont need a gym or any weights just some free space to do them. alot of inmates that spend most of their day in cells do these because it works out everything; strength, cardio, stamina

i do the push up burpees.
PS: they look easy, but try to do 20 of these i guarantee you'll be out of breath and tired as hell. oh yeah and make sure your form is good or its pointless.

Ultimately you're better off just going to a gym.
Workign out at home is never optimal because its always something you could be doing otherwise. Trust me, I know from experience.
