Long Island Iced Tea 780 Calories
The hell at this one!!
I dranks these all da times. What's good with that champeroos?
Dangs. But check this, cuz i just ain't knowin' how this be bout.
Iced tea drink - Roughly 150 calores.
Two shots of vodka - 200 calories.
Lemon - zero calories
That should only equate to 350 calories, TOTAL.
Unless they are adding some unforseen, hi-tech digital fortifications... i don't see how those numbers could possibly pan out.
It doesn't make sense at all. Where you get them digits from? Whack.
Stick to straight shots of liquor if your gonna drink, otherwise make sure you mix everything with either a diet soda or water.
My current favorite is Goose and Sugar-free RedBull

calories mean next to nothing.
you need to look at the fat content and sugar content. what kind of sugar is it? sucrose vs fructose etc....

A long island iced tea isn't iced tea and vodka.
Its usually a combination of 4 shots of alcohol.
Vodka, white rum, gin and triple sec is most common i think.
Then that is topped up with coke and a little orange juice (or other fruit juice).
Or thats what I have always been drinking and making in the bar I work in anyway.
I believe its name is based on what it looks like more than the actual ingredients.

Sugar Free version ain't that bad as a mixer, so unless your an alcoholic having a few of them won't hurt. Also make sure your not using dollar store Vodka like Vlad or Popov haha. Tastes best with Goose, but Stoli's opens up a variety of flavor possibilities.

Its just that When I was at University, someone who was going gym made a big fuss about Red bull being bad for muscles, didn't know if there was a real reason or it was some Faux Knowledge someone gave him. Now I'm going myself just wanted to check it out.

I have yet to hear any real conclusive evidence that RedBull is harmful to muscle. I know its not the healthiest thing to drink but compared to the other mixers and drinks you can consume its one of the better ones. Energy drinks as a whole have a bad rep but I honestly don't see anything wrong with them when taken in moderation; especially ones that are diet or sugar-free.
