i tried to just do this shyt casual but i'll admit it it takes planning and serious dedication to lose weight.
i guess you actually do have to count calories and all that tedious stuff i've been trying to avoid so i give up on avoiding it any further.
tomorrow i'll begin keeping a count of all the calories i eat and trying to make a list of foods a can and can't eat. i can't believe i gotta do this.
