And what yall doing different in your workouts. Are you cutting, bulking, doing Yoga, boxing, etc?
I'm not ready, I actually took some time off from lifting, now It's time to get back in it. I've lost alot, but it's a part of fitness. Tear it down then build it back up. I only work with about 185 now, 4 sets of 20+ but I super set with pushups or flys along with crunches.
I don't wok on my legs as much anymore. Just calf raises, stiff-legged deadlifts, hamstring curls and squats when at the gym. Add some stair running and there's the cardio, since the gym isn't as accessible anymore.
I'm about to go to school this summer, if I get in good enough shape I'll join it's athletic program or work at it's gym or something.
