Can you punch a speed bag continuously?

you know what they say right practice make perfect but at the end of the day it aint that hard its more then just punching the bag well let me say this boxing is more then just throwing ya fist theres more mental and repeditive actions within start very slow with the light stroke if you left handed start with you right and so on and progress from there

i can do it for a long time hitting it fast, and move around it and hit it, and do all diff types of **** on it but it took me a while, its mad fun watch when u get good at it, its cardio without u thinking it is, and ur hands get fast too and ur rhythm all about timing.

I'm just back @ it myself. very rusty, but you can't really lose rhythm. should post a vid.

Tips: If you are using air, inflate to proper pressure. My people's thought he was fast, I inflated it to the correct pressure, cuz was off kilter for 3 days.

I have naturually quick hands and since I love KEEPING my hands quick, I mess around with speedbags, shadow boxing, and body bags.. I'm pretty decent on the speed bag though.
