It's serious this time. As of April 24, 2007.
Height:6'0"
Weight:210lbs.
Goals: 170lbs by September 1st, 2007. Lose 10 pounds 30 days from this day. Eat out only once a week and gradually move to once a month. Start eating eggs for protein. Bulk up in the beginning of October.
45 minute cardio workout which includes weights.
10 Push Ups
50 Bicycle Kicks
30 minute walk during lunch break
15 minute brisk walk to downtown
10 Push Up's
50 Bicycle Kicks
Diet:
For Breakfast/Lunch
3 Apples.
10 scoops of peanut butter.
For Dinner
Baked fish with lightly buttered salted pepper with rice and broccoli with no added seasonings.
2 Liters of ice water over the course of the day.

That's my original body weight before a hand injury and totally let myself go. I lost 2lbs-2.5lbs already...most likely water but I don't care...it's progess...I read that it's possible to lose 20lbs in 2 months if you work hard enough at it.

Hell bent on seeing results right away. I don't wan't to overwork myself but I already feel like I could do so much more. I can't believe I'm surviving off of so little food when I'm used to eating 4 Whoppers one after another. Since I drink water all the time now, it keeps the hunger pangs subdued...my stomach feels like a black hole of emptiness.

I really don't care for muscle...I'm going for a lean build. I sold my weight bench when I moved and I most def ain't paying for no gym. My workout is so Hip-Hop, it's all about the struggle. Good luck on your work out goals.
I'm reading Mens Health.com right now about a guy who went from 235lbs to 175lbs (60lbs lost) in 12 weeks...That's motivation! but...he rebounded to 368lbs after that LOL!

I'm cutting right now, i'm 6'2 240
here's how my days usually go
1. 1/2 cup oatmeal, maybe some egg whites
2. turkey breast sandwich with raw brocolli
3. pre-workout shake mixed in milk & oats
4. post-workout shake mixed in water & oats
5. chicken breast with a small yam
6. chicken breast with raw brocolli
7. can of tuna
8. cottage cheese before bed
usually end up with around 2400 cals and i'm still losing weight and haven't lost any muscle yet......thats usually what i eat on weight lifting days, usually eat a lil less carbs and cals on just cardio days
I do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weights - weightlifting days i do mostly supersets

look here go a better workout,but do you if you dont like it:
circut:1 set each as many reps as you can do
.slow pushups on fists with feet on chair(100)
.leg raises(50)
.dips(100)
.pull-ups(12)
wall squat(4 minutes)
shadowbox 1 round(8)
Do this and add 20%reps per week i put what your goal should be next to each exercise.only do 1 set per dont increase the sets just incresase the reps.it will make you more likly to not miss any workouts

man quit eating all the processed garbage. Trix? that's not even food in my book. Go out and buy bags of this 10 grain cereal and eat that with your protein shakes. You need to buy protein shakes too.

LOL! Look what I'm eating the "whole" day. Trix ain't affecting me. I got to many vices to be spending my hard earned money on "healthy" products. You got to make due with what you got, dudes in prison are prime examples.

My old chest is already partially coming back! When I suck my stomach in, I can see I got great abs hiding under there. My arms are going to need alot of work. Official Hospital scale says I'm 208lbs 4oz...fully clothed with accessories on and in my pocket so I'm guessing I maybe be 207.9

Fukk my job, all sudden they want to have all these fattening treats in the office tempting me....I ate one...then another...and another until they were all gone...I feel so fat....I'm officially 207lbs as of today...I was a little disappointed at first but realized that's excellent progess from 210lbs when I started...Still I'm aiming to lose 10lbs in a month but that won't happen unless I step my cardio up to 1 hour 30 minutes of it. Most likely I'll weigh 202lbs by the months end.

LOL I'd say around 220lbs-230lbs:gag: I have real fast metabolism so that helps a bit. I'm lactose intolerant also so whatever diary product I just ate, I'm shytting it out in agony 10 min later.

I did'nt work out much last week, I have'nt smoked since last Sunday (5-6-07) so as my girlfriend would say right now, I'm bleeding out the dikk in a snappy mood. I'm so tired all the time now, sex ain't even on my mind anymore, and I'm always hungry now. All are Smoke withdrawal symptoms...It sucks. The scale says I'm 201-203lbs right now...I see my abs alot better now...I got to lose atleast 20 more lbs to lose them love handles.:gag:

went on vacation gained 10lbs.. lolol
so past 4 days waking up everyday and swimming right away than at nite i go to the gym,I went from 201 to 193 with no significant power loss
my body is a double edged sword, i can gain weight rapidly and i can also lose weight rapidly. so i gotta be REALLY REALLY careful what i eat it sucks but its nice when i gain mad muscle fast =]

Props, just got to keep it consistent or you will fail. Forreal I'm almost at a point where I hate working out now. It became so a chore for me but I wan't to stay looking youthful with high energy...It's a lose/lose situation for me.

Started to incorporate some running into my walks. On the final stretch to my home, I'll sprint as fast as I can.
The first night I walked home, it took me 53 minutes.
Last night it took me 47 minutes.
I want to be able to make it home within 30 minutes in 2 months.

Which is why you are unwise coming in here thinking you know my goal. I'm just dropping a few pounds and toning up just to get a few "ohhhhhs" and "awwwssss sexy" from my lady like I used to when we started dating. An overwhelming majority of people work out to impress others, not thereselves.
I'm also posting in this thread on the daily for other average joe posters like me for motivation and show how easy it is to lose weight or sometimes how hard it is to keep up that determantion to meet your goals.
I can still walk into ****'s sporting goods and bench 225lbs 7 times with minimal problem. That's like a 260-275lbs bench max, which is just ok...I have'nt benched for over 6 months now.

On the digital scale at work, I'm currently 201lbs. On the analog scale at home, I'm currently 198lbs. Realisticly speaking, knowing my lazy azz attributes I'll probably be around 180lbs by September 1st. 170 is DEF doable if I work extremely hard at it. Damn, if I did'nt get so involved with XBOX Live last month, I probably would weigh 192lbs right now.
I'mma get in a good hour workout before this party - give me that extra umph!
